When you put out a certain frequency, it affects the physical matter around you.
In understanding that all matter is a construct of atoms, particles, vibrations and frequencies of collective energy, you will realise that everything you say and do has an effect on the environment around you right down to the molecular level.
Your brain for example is made of atoms just as your whole body is made of atoms. It means your whole body is a frequency of energy.
Every organ is vibrating at a different frequency through a combination of frequencies, collectively putting out one frequency.
Through your brain, you are able to transmit frequency out into the universe.
This is transmitted from your thoughts and emotions. When you put out a certain frequency, it affects the physical matter around you.
