‘The Way’ refers to the divine synchronicity of life.

To achieve alignment with the way requires one to stay balanced in thought and being. This means that you are holding onto no position of thought, but living from the space of pure awareness.

It is in the space of awareness that enables one to see beyond the horizon of thought. All information about your life can be accessed in a single moment of pure awareness.

It is when we have access to more information that gives us the ability to make higher quality decisions in life.

To live from the space of awareness and perceive life with this faculty of the mind requires commitment, willpower, and discipline.

This can be acquired through taking moments out of your day to focus on your breath and remember that you are alive.

It might be committing to physical activity and appreciate the zest of energy that lives inside of you after a good workout.

Or simply taking a moment to listen to your surroundings and observing what previously you did not notice was around you.

So what element of discipline are you willing to commit to today?

Make a commitment and do something powerful that will significantly shift the thoughts and trajectory of your day.
