1. You have a human body that is comprised of denser energy made in a physical form. This gives you the ability to sensually experience the 3D reality.

2. You also have a body that is not seen with the naked eye. This is your energy body. A perfume of your essence of life that permeates through your human body.

3. This energy body is directly connected to the energies surrounding it i.e. earth and the universe. It means you are also the universe.

4. The universe is the ultimate truth of all things. Nothing can deny its existence because it exists. This means you have the ability to embody its unfathomable truth as a human being experiencing a 3D reality. To do this requires honesty with oneself.

5. The human heart has emotional intelligence through its intrinsic neural networks that is connected to the brain. Your willingness to be true in every moment, your willingness to give yourself to another in selfless love despite your own opinions and judgements is what honesty really is.

Honesty is the portal to embodying oneself as the universe. Honesty is found in following the guidance of your heart.
