The heart is an organ in your body. It belongs to the 3D reality that we exist in on planet earth.

In this reality, our bodies are temporary. We are given a body to experience this world and at some point we have to give it back. The body disintegrates back into the elements of this world: air, water, earth, fire, and ether. It is from these elements we are given a new body to experience the world once again.

What is unique about the heart is that it is the seat of emotion. It is also the seat of the soul. Your soul incarnates from spirit that is in all things seen and unseen. It materialises itself into physical form through the expression of the human body.

As a human we can access spirit and we do this through the seat of emotion, the heart. Every time you bring your focus to what you are feeling in the moment, you connect with spirit. The stronger the connection is developed in this, the more aligned and spiritually evolved you emerge to become.

This bridges the connection between the 3D physical world and the upper dimensions that we also exist in and accessed when we are in tune to our spiritual existence.
