Your ability to observe with focus on any given situation raises your consciousness, and it is this that hands you your freedom…here’s why…
Everyone seeks personal empowerment. What does that mean? It means you have the ability to access information readily at hand in a way that enables decision making easy for you. The ability to see through a situation or circumstance in life with ease, with no stress or anxiety, and with a freedom of choice that you decided upon.
At times, you don’t feel this way because there is something in your mind that tells you that you have no choice, no power, and that you are victim to life. Perhaps you feel this way because the circumstances in your life is reflective of it. How do you believe in a better tomorrow when today presents itself with no evidence that it’s going to change?
There is a way out. And the first step, is in OBSERVING. Observing your thoughts like clouds passing through the sky. Paying strict attention to all the occurrences that happen day to day. When you begin to focus your attention and observe everything going on in your life, your consciousness rises in its ability to absorb and process information.
This is why masters of old such as the Buddha or Jesus spoke of observing and humility. They are essentially the same thing. Humility is the act of listening more than speaking, watching more than acting. The energetic expression of this is a signalling to the universe that you are ready to receive more information.
When you truly possess the ability to observe, and have a willingness to listen and learn, you remove any resistance from the flow of information that the universe gives you that is always evident and transparently available at every moment of your reality experience.
When there are no barriers to this flow of information, you will notice things in your life that previously you were not aware of even though it has always been present in front of you. This is the paradox of life.
Take a moment, and practice focusing your mind to detail. Detail in every conversation, in every situation, and in everything that arises day to day. You will experience life through the lens of empowerment because you will find yourself seeing things from a higher state of awareness and every decision you make becomes more clearly understood as you make them.
Peace in your heart,
