When you raise your consciousness, your experience of reality is changed. You will see and experience things in life that those of a denser consciousness would not be aware to see, experience, or even know it to exist. This is because the truth only reveals itself to those who make themselves aware to it.

It becomes easier to confirm that what you are experiencing is true when you can validate this truth with others of the same awareness or consciousness. In this way, the truth cannot be denied to you.
