Honesty is truth. Always ask yourself if what you are thinking and speaking is coming from your honest truth. Are you being authentic?

When you speak with honesty, you free yourself from hiding who you truly are and attain alignment with your soul and spirit. In that is liberation.

The liberation that lives inside of you, becomes expressed in the reality outside of you.  The experience of inner and outer liberation opens more experiences of freedom as you continue to live in your honest truth.
