Truth -> Honesty -> Vulnerability -> Freedom
You are truthful in your honesty. To be honest requires one to be willing to accept an uncomfortable truth of oneself, and this takes vulnerability.
In the ease and grace in which you embrace your vulnerability, you are free.
The freedom expressed within you becomes freedom expressed outside of you.
“A monk is not a true monk until he has purified his own mind. Although he may wear a saffron robe, if he is not honest and doesn’t control himself, he is not worthy of his robes.”
Lord Buddha, The Dhammapada
