How do you know when something is less truthful?

A conversation or circumstance becomes less truthful when the human ego plays more of a role in it. This can be sensed through the words that are spoken in conversation. Words themselves hold vibrations. Words used that are in a pleasant context of loving and kind nature is a reflection of the highest expressed truth.

When words used are of a denser vibration, words that stimulate emotions of anxiety or stress, lack or greed, these become an indicator of a lesser truth.

In transmuting conversations and circumstances to a higher truth from a lesser truth, one can simply redirect the conversation back into a more kind and loving nature. This can be done through words of gratitude, praise, and humility.

“Be alone and still within yourselves, Have no selfish desires, and the ego disappears. This is true joy.”

Lord Buddha, The Dhammapada
