Because all of life comes from the same origin, it means everything is interconnected. What you see to be separate from yourself, whether it be a person or circumstance, know that it is not. Everything is one.

When you humble yourself to another, when you raise others up around you, what you are actually doing is raising yourself up. This is the law of the universe.
