Anger exposes our feelings of inferiority to others.

The feeling of anger arises from desiring to assert authority on others when feeling undermined. By staying calm in all situations, and responding from a place of love, one is able to defuse a situation, instil peace within the self and others, and free oneself from subsequent guilt from the action. In doing so, one is able to remain in alignment with the universe and attract favourable outcomes to their life.
