Everything that is known to exist in physical reality is made up of frequencies or vibrations of energy. Human emotion is a vibration of energy, transmitted through thought, and manifested into action through the body, the physical world, and the universe.

Through emotion, one emits a frequency, and experiences a mirroring of the emotion through situations, circumstances and events in life. The highest frequency that is experienced is through the feeling of love.
