Can you deny the existence of what you are reading? You cannot because you see it in front of you.

Your thoughts are truth. Your dreams are truth.  Everything that you’ve experienced in your life is truth. Your beliefs are truth. No one person’s truth is any more or less correct than another’s. It is simply an experience. And that experience is the truth because it exists and nothing can take that away from you.
