Everything in life has cause and effect. We say or do things, and based on how we express it will result in an effect that resulted from its cause. Similarly, there are other quite well known phrases that describe the same occurrence in life.

You reap what you sow, which means that whatever seeds you plant in your life will grow until it is ready for harvest.

Another one is karma. What goes around comes around. This means whatever you do unto others will come back to you.

Through physics we know that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and through understanding vibrations, when you emit a frequency, that frequency returns back to you.
