Have you ever seen a rainbow after a shower of rain? The sun comes out and shines through little particle droplets of water that remain in the atmosphere. When you see this happen on the rare occasion, you will notice a prism of colours that take form in the sky.

To the visible eye, what you see are a collection of colours, most obvious being red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. And through the principle of refraction, when light is shone through water, the light disperses into varied wavelengths of colour.

What is interesting about this is that we as humans are also a product of this composition.

1. All things in our reality including ourselves are made of light – molecules, atoms, sub-atomic particles, all vibrating at various frequencies giving rise to the formation of matter as light is then slowed down for us to experience through time.

2. The human body is predominantly made of water. Think of your blood cells, and every other cell in your body. It is made of water. You need water to survive, and it is because you are made of water that you rely on it for your existence. In fact your body is made up 80% of water. When you look at your hands and feet, you see skin and muscle. If you broke these things down to a cellular level, you would find that they too are made of water.

If you’re still with me here, hold on because it’s about to get even more interesting…

Something allows you to visualise and see, for example your human body, as a solid mass..yet you are made of water so how is this possible? What allows you to see your hand right now, or even looking out into the distance, is light. You can only see things through light.

You see a rainbow in the sky because the light rays from the sun pierce through water drops that make this light visible to you. One way of looking at this is that the light always exists, but the water allows you to realise that it’s there. And in much the same way, as you are made of water, light allows you to visualise yourself and the creation around you.

As a reflection of light, human beings mirror the rainbow as well. This mirroring can be understood by studying the chakra system. Each wavelength of light that you see in a rainbow, also exists as a wavelength of light in your body which are referred to as ‘chakras’.

There are many studies and healing modalities based on understanding the chakra system. This is something that has yet to be accepted as factual by our current medical system. But as a medical intuitive, I wish to share this with you to show you that it is factual. Learning about the spiritual or energetic aspect of your human body is the next step towards evolving yourself through health practice.
