Everything on our planet is made of atoms. An atom consists of a nucleus of protons and neutrons, and electrons around it. What holds the electron in orbit around the nucleus is energy.

There is a pull or attraction that holds everything together and we can refer to this attraction as energy or vibration or frequency.

As the human body is made of atoms, we are magnets of vibrational energy.
