I see an object made of atoms and molecules.

Is it alive?

Perhaps as energy in a different form.

Can it ever die?

No. It may change in shape over time, it may be transformed and recreated into another object. But it will always exist in one form or another. Even if it is burnt to dust where unto it returns to the ether.

And it is the ether that is breathed in through us.

If the table is eternal, what would that mean for me, a human being experiencing life through consciousness?
