When you are emotionally free, your thoughts have more energy and space to expand and see things from a higher perspective.

‘The Way’ refers to divine flow that is experienced when all moments of your life line up in synchronous alignment.

Examples of this experience could be but not inclusive of moments of coincidence, telepathic communication, fragments of experiences that are aligned to your thoughts in the moment.

What is attachment?

This is the fear of letting go of an idea or possession that you hold closely to you. Attachment is an expression of the emotion of fear. As your actions in life are guided by thoughts and emotions, being aware of your attachments and making the conscious decision to emotionally release your hold on them is what frees you from emotional blocks that stymie your ability to see your life circumstances with clarity to make better serving life choices.

What is aversion?

This is avoidance. When you notice yourself avoiding a situation or circumstance, ask yourself why. If the answer is fear, then the path to emotional freedom is in understanding the situation and being clear with your decision rather than hiding something that is uncomfortable in the moment for another day. Every moment is now.  And there is no time but the present moment.

When you are emotionally free, your thoughts have more energy and space to expand and see things from a higher perspective. It is as if you are able to see beyond the horizon. This level of perception empowers the individual to make higher quality choices in life and simultaneously impact those around them as well through their thought expression.
